This page covers the App Store version of SideTouch, its Current Mac Helper and this website. SideTouchLegacy has separate release documentation.

How the product works

SideTouch sends touch input from your iPhone to the Mac Helper you select, through a cable or local network. The current design uses no SideTouch account, cloud relay or input-content analytics.

Information on your devices

The app and Helper handle connection and pairing information, device identity, settings and trial state on your devices. The current design does not upload trial state to a SideTouch server. Final retention and deletion details remain under review.

Services and downloads

Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases under its terms. Website hosts, GitHub and OSS may process network requests when you visit this site or download software. This site has no advertising, analytics scripts or third-party fonts.

Your choices

You can stop using the connection and manage system permissions on your devices. Final steps for clearing pairing, trial and diagnostic data will be documented before release. Apple manages purchase records through the App Store.
